The DVD100 packer is designed to help the operator pack CDs or DVDs into an Amaray type case quickly and effortlessly.

Operation couldn’t be easier. Users simply open the case and place it on the specially shaped metal support. With both hands now free, the operator can then easily insert the outer paper sleeve, the disc(s) and the booklet.

The DVD100 comes equipped with spindle pins which are mounted on top of the unit to accommodate up to 100 discs. Alternatively either side of the unit can be used for booklet storage. Operators can then quickly pick and place a disc and booklet into the waiting amaray case.

Using the DVD100 can be up to 50% quicker than the manual packaging of DVDs and similar products.
