Standard Warranty Information

• The warranty period begins when the product is purchased by its first user.
• Carriage back to the customer is included; delivery of the product to Verity Systems is not included.
• The product needs to be packed securely in its original packaging and sent to your supplier (if you do not have the original packing, contact your supplier for instructions).
• Your product will be repaired at our manufacturing headquarters or at one of our appointed service areas.
• Once the repairs are completed the unit will be returned to the address instructed.
• The warranty does not cover visits by an engineer to repair the product at your premises, or the commissioning of the product on site.
• This warranty is a promise by us to you the customer that we will repair certain faults. It is not a warranty, guarantee or promise that your Verity Systems product will conform to its specification or will not fail.

• We will not provide warranty repair if in our opinion the problem resulted from externally caused damage or use outside the product specification, or from the use of options, parts or consumables, which are not Verity Systems approved.
• The warranty does not cover the replacement of used consumables or of parts, which need replacement during the life of the product as a result of the use made of them, unless the consumables or parts themselves are defective.
• The warranty does not cover negligence or abuse.

• Printer heads and caddy transports are warranted for 30 days
• Rimage printers have a 6 month warranty
